Fair — International China Week at ULPGC, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The Vice-Rectorate for Internationalization and Cooperation, and the Confucius Institute of ULPGC, are organizing International China Week, which will be held from May 5 to 8 and will include a range of activities to celebrate the culture and language of the Asian giant, as well as the 15th anniversary of the Confucius Institute. PROGRAMME 05 MAY 2026 5:00 p.m. 15th Anniversary GALA of the Confucius Institute at ULPGC Paraninfo (Main Hall) of the ULPGC Institutional Headquarters. 06 MAY 2026 4:30 p.m. ACADEMIC FORUM Teaching Chinese as a bridge to the world Millares Carló Building, Classroom A11, Obelisk Campus of ULPGC. 07 MAY 2026 5:00 p.m. FILM SESSION Media, language and truth: from Liu Zhenyun to Feng Xiaogang Millares Carló Building, Classroom A11, Obelisk Campus of ULPGC. In this same space, there will be a film session with the screening of the film "Cell Phone" (2003) and the talk "Media, language and truth: from Liu Zhenyun to Feng Xiaogang". 08 MAY 2026 10:00 a.m. CHINESE CULTURAL FAIR Humanities Courtyard, Obelisk Campus of ULPGC.
