In this theoretical-practical workshop you will learn what is really happening in your body and how to act through evidence-based nutrition, supplementation, training, and an active lifestyle. In addition, we will carry out a functional and body assessment to identify your starting point. It is recommended to attend wearing comfortable clothes (sportswear). WHAT WILL WE TALK ABOUT?
