In recent years he has been busy setting up his own recording studio and record label in Seville (Gabba Gabba Hey), supporting a vibrant local scene that was in need of a producer who believed in it and kept the flame of rock ’n’ roll burning brightly. The isolation felt by many musicians who need to express themselves has pushed Álvaro to take this step, committing himself to a job that is unfairly valued and poorly paid.
