Details
CERO FANZINE (Las Palmas) Saturday, May 16 8:00 p.m.: Knob solo. Concert. Knob solo is the solo project of Luis Suárez, a composer and percussionist born in Tenerife with training in various styles. He presents a new proposal focused on electronic music and based on his own compositions that cover different styles within the genre. Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Ambient and Neo-soul form a colourful musical palette, akin to a club session. A drum kit, pads and synthesizers make up the instrumentation used to perform danceable tracks with intense and evocative sounds. 9:00 p.m.: ASAP. Concert ASAP is an electroacoustic music project based on free improvisation. Starting from an immediate composition process, a structure is generated that serves as the foundation for a complex musical discourse, in which the reworking of ideas and spontaneous interaction define an open, powerful and balanced language. The result is an immersive experience that challenges conventional listening and places the audience at the centre of a living creative process. ASAP is formed by: Joachim Spieth: Synthesizers and electronic effects. Eddie Díaz: Keyboard, synthesizer and sampler. Rafael Pinillos: Electric guitar and electronic effects.
