Arm Balance Intensive with Sebastián Arbondo (Day 1)

✨ On Saturday, March 7, we enjoyed in the studio the teachings of our favorite teacher, Sebastián Arbondo. It was a very special gathering where we worked slowly and mindfully, allowing the nervous system to integrate the movement and exploring the spine with attention and presence. The result was incredible: the body felt very different by the end of the practice. Here we share some memories from that day. And for those who were left wanting more… 📅 March 28 and 29 we will once again have Sebastián at Amaryyo to work on arm balances. This intensive is part of our Amaryyo 200h Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training, but it is also open to anyone who wants to go deeper into their practice.
