FOCACCIA DI RECCO Hi everyone, here’s a new cooking class where we’ll learn how to make Focaccia di Recco. Typical of Liguria, it’s famous for its creamy cheese filling. Delicious! What will we do? We’ll learn how to make the focaccia from scratch—everyone will prepare their own portion. We’ll meet new people while cooking and enjoy some snacks together.
