Baile de Taifas of the Arucas Artistic Schools
Details
🎶💃 The Baile de Taifas of the Artistic Schools of #Arucas returns to the festivities of San Fernando in Lomo de Arucas 💃🎶 On May 29 at 7:30 p.m., the sports court of Lomo de Arucas will host a new edition of the traditional Baile de Taifas, organised by the Municipal Artistic Schools of Arucas as part of the festive programme in honour of San Fernando Rey. The event will bring together nine music and dance groups from the Folklore Area, in an evening dedicated to folías, isas, polkas, sorondongos and other rhythms of traditional Canarian music. The Artistic Schools invite local residents and the general public to take part in and enjoy this gathering, which strengthens the commitment to the traditions and popular culture of the Canary Islands. Thanks are also extended to the San Fernando Rey Festival Committee for its collaboration and warm welcome, which once again this year makes it possible to hold this event. ✨ #arucascultura
